Project Implementation and Support |
The PSS project implementation model has been designed specifically for operating in difficult environments and has been tested on many projects around the world. Our approach focuses on achieving and maintaining the support of local communities and other project stakeholders and in doing so, reducing the requirement for a large security presence (which often increases risk instead of reducing it). Through a combination of effective risk mitigation strategies and reduced physical security measures we are able to significantly reduce the incidence of crisis events and interruption to project schedules. This in turn leads to project savings and reduced potential for insurance claims.
